A two-vehicle crash sent a man to the hospital early Saturday.

Tulsa police said a woman in a sport utility vehicle was eastbound on 36th Street North and turned to enter the U.S. 75 on-ramp. She turned in front of a minivan traveling west on 36th Street North, and they almost hit head on, TPD said.

The SUV bounced off the van and spun around in the westbound lanes, traveling west for about a block until it came to a stop.

The driver of the SUV refused treatment.

The driver of the van, a 68-year-old man, was transported by EMSA with neck and back pain.

The crash happened right in front of the Tulsa Police headquarters.
