Second Water Main Closes Part Of North Harvard Avenue In Tulsa

Part of North Harvard Avenue closed again Friday evening, while city workers work on the scene of yet another water line break.

Earlier this week water rushed down Harvard when a 30 inch line broke. The city just finished repairing that and now another line nearby has busted. This time on North Harvard near Pine Street.
