Trial To Be Held After Broken Arrow Teen Hit By Car

A judge ruled Tuesday there is enough evidence for a trial in the case of a Broken Arrow high school cross-county athlete hit by a driver back in January.

Jordan Hunter is accused of leaving the scene of an injury accident.

Police say Hunter returned to the scene and admitted he was driving the car that hit 15-year-old Logan Henry as he ran with his team.

Henry was seriously injured but is home from the hospital recovering.
