A bit of Hollywood rolled into the Brady Arts District on a bus Wednesday afternoon. Actors and producers paid a visit to Guthrie Green to promote a new movie, "50 To 1."
It tells the story of the misfit cowboys who became the ultimate underdogs when their race horse competed in the 2009 Kentucky Derby.
Actor Jamie McShane, said, "They show up, they're fish out of water, they're cowboys in a blue blood world. They're not wanted, they're not respected, and they get there and they just don't want to be embarrassed."
Of course, they weren't embarrassed. Despite the fifty-to-one odds, "Mine That Bird," their horse, won the derby that year.
The film opens in theaters on Friday.
