Muskogee Police Arrest Two Involved In EZ Mart Robbery

Police arrested Cory Lee, 26 and Kandi Pittman-Goodwin, 28, after they say Lee entered the EZ Mart at 5390 West Okmulgee around 2 a.m., robbed the clerk at knife point before forcing her in the freezer.

The Muskogee Police Department arrested two suspects connected with an EZ Mart robbery early Thursday morning.

Police arrested Cory Lee, 26 and Kandi Pittman-Goodwin, 28, after they say Lee entered the EZ Mart at 5390 West Okmulgee around 2 a.m., robbed the clerk at knife point before forcing her in the freezer.

They say Lee then got in a blue 1994 Crown Victoria driven by Pittman-Goodwin.

Police say Lee and Pittman-Goodwin were located a short time after at the Sooner Motel at 335 North 32nd.

Both suspects were booked on a complaint of one count of armed robbery, after officers found items, including lottery tickets, were recovered, officers say.

The clerk was not harmed.
