Detectives said the state Medical Examiner's office has not completed its investigation but say information released by the ME's Office so far "is enough for Tulsa Police to classify Washington's death as a homicide."

Police said investigators have yet to identify a motive or suspect in the case. They believe Washington was killed nine days before he was found on September 18, 2013.

Police are asking anyone who may have had contact with Washington during the Labor Day weekend to call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS.
