Sand Springs Puppy Mill Dogs Finding Homes At Home And Garden Show

The Tulsa Home and Garden show is helping the Humane Society of Tulsa give a fresh start to the 103 dogs rescued from a Sand Springs puppy mill last Wednesday.

In the past two days, 48 of those dogs, ranging from young pups to seniors, have all found loving homes at the Tulsa Home and Garden Show.

Gina Gardner, with the Humane Society of Tulsa, said, ‘When the show opened we were absolutely flooded. We had people here who just walked up and gave us a donation. They can't adopt, but they said, ‘We know how much it costs to take care of these animals, and what you guys are going through, and we hope this helps.'"

If you would like to adopt one of these dogs they will be at the Tulsa Home and Garden Show through 6 p.m. Sunday at Expo Square.
