1 whole onion caramelized

3 cloves of garlic caramelized

1 large egg

1 cup gluten free oats

3 tablespoons of ketchup

1/4 cup chopped parsley

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

3 tablespoons of fresh basil

1 pound ground turkey meat

Directions:

Add the caramelized onion/garlic, egg, ketchup, parsley, salt, pepper, oats to a large bowl and blend. Mix in the

turkey. Shape the mixture into 1 1/4 inch meatballs. Saute the meatballs on the stove in a skillet until browned on all sides, about 1-2mins.

Transfer the meatballs to a large flat pan and put in the oven at 350 for 12 minutes.
