Police Seek Tulsa Man Charged With Rape, Kidnapping

Jerry Tyrone LeBlanc is the Tulsa Police Department's Most Wanted for the week. LeBlanc is charged with first degree rape and kidnapping.

The crimes reportedly took place on December 19, 2013. LeBlanc was supposed to show up for court on January 10, 2014, but failed to appear.

LeBlanc is a 60-year-old black male who is 5'5" in height and 160 pounds. He has gray hair and brown eyes. He is wanted on a $450,000 bond.
