Tulsa Sweetheart Run Benefits Kids With Breathing Problems

Runners and walkers took in the sights of Tulsa on the 8th annual Sweetheart Run held Saturday, February 15. The 10K run got underway at 8:30 a.m. in the Blue Dome District with 5K and 1K runs also scheduled.

Proceeds from the annual event benefit CHAMP Camp, a weeklong summer camp for children with tracheostomies and who need technological help with breathing.

The event included a pancake breakfast, a photo booth and a couples costume contest. It is sponsored by Fleet Feet Sports.
