A Tulsa man sought on outstanding warrants for possession and distribution of child pornography turned himself to police Wednesday morning.
Christopher Pauli, 44, was charged in November 2013 with possession of obscene material, distribution of child pornography and three counts of aggravated possession of child pornography.
A court affidavit alleges that between August 3 and August 10, 2013, Pauli distributed child pornography consisting of images and videos with a peer–to-peer file sharing program.
During a search of Pauli's apartment, officers said they seized a computer and several hard drives. An affidavit says police found over 4,200 images and over 400 videos of child pornography. The hard drives also reportedly contained more than 25 videos of bestiality involving children.
Police said when questioned, Pauli admitted to downloading child pornography for five years.
Jail records show Pauli is being held in lieu of $110,000 bond with a court appearance set for February 12, 2014.
