Tulsa Man Arrested For Hotel Shooting

A 24-year-old Tulsa man is in jail accused of shooting a man in the face at a Tulsa motel late Tuesday.

Police say Travis Gilbreath suffered minor injuries from a shot gun fired at him after he told the people above him to be quiet.

The motel called police, but the shooter left before officers arrived. Ashley Chaplin, the woman police believe was involved in the argument, was left behind.

Wednesday night, police located and arrested the suspected shooter, Michael Hill.

Another man, Justin Baden, was also arrested when he ran from the scene.

Baden was arrested on unrelated warrants and Hill on complaints of assault with a dangerous weapon and possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.
