A Skiatook man pleaded guilty Friday to stealing a fire truck and setting it on fire.

A Skiatook man pleaded guilty Friday to stealing a fire truck and setting it on fire. Harvey Gene Eastwood, 20, waived a jury trial in Osage County Court.

Eastwood was arrested in December, 2013, in connection with the theft and arson of a fire truck belonging to the Avant Volunteer Fire Department. The truck was stolen, wrecked and destroyed by fire on December 4.

He was also a suspect in the burglary of the House of Prayer Church in Avant.

Eastwood, who turned 20 January 17, was ordered to the RID "boot camp" program with sentencing delayed until January 16, 2015.
