In Tulsa - firefighters spent part of Wednesday afternoon cleaning up a big mess in the Petroleum Building at Fifth and Boulder.
A sprinkler head failed - causing damage to three floors. Once they got the water shut off, five crews used squeegees and shop vacs to get rid of as much water as possible. Despite their quick work - the water caused damage to as many as a dozen offices.
"It runs down, so it never really got more than a few inches deep, but it was all going to the basement, but it just does a lot of damage along the way," said Captain Mick Fenn, Tulsa Fire Department.
Investigators will determine what caused the sprinkler head to break.
