Broken Arrow Man Arrested For Distributing Child Porn

A 19-year-old Broken Arrow man was arrested Friday. He's accused of distributing child porn.

Brandon Dycus was booked into the Tulsa County jail on complaints of distribution of child pornography, possession of child porn, and violation of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act.

According to an arrest report, detectives downloaded a child porn video file on two different occasions in October, from a computer at a certain IP address. Investigators subpoenaed the information about the IP address and tracked it to a residence in Broken Arrow.

When detectives went to execute a search warrant there, the residents told them that their relative, Dycus, had recently stayed in their home and had set up the Internet service while they were there.

Police contacted Dycus at the Walmart on 121st East Avenue in Broken Arrow Friday, and they say he confessed to downloading and distributing the video and told the investigators it was still on his laptop.

Dycus is being held on $126,000 bond.
