A Catoosa man has been arrested in connection to a kidnapping that ended with another suspect's suicide in front of Promenade Mall in Tulsa.
Jeffrey Dallas Gray, 19, is being held on a $65,000 bond on complaints of kidnapping, assault with a deadly weapon and possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
Police say Gray was one of three men that kidnapped and tortured a man in November. Tulsa Most Wanted suspect Christopher Teter, who shot himself after a police chase Wednesday, December 4, 2013.

A third man, Matthew Kelly, was also arrested in the kidnapping.
In an arrest report, police say the men took another man against his will, duct taped him and beat him with a shotgun and pistol. They burnt the victim and dumped him in a wooded area near Catoosa, the report states.
The victim identified Gray as one of the men who pistol whipped him and duct taped him, police say.
