A Tulsa man was sentenced to 18 years Monday, after pleading guilty to a meth-induced crime spree.

Joseph Giroux told police his meth must have been laced with something to make him act so crazy. He was arrested inside the River Spirit Casino back in April.

Giroux tried to kidnap two people from a Quik Trip and fired a shotgun into an empty apartment at Sand Dollar Apartments, before leading police on a chase down Riverside Drive.

At the time, he said he wanted police to shoot and kill him.
