A select group was treated to a screening of "August: Osage County" Wednesday night. The Oklahoma Film and Music Office hosted a VIP event at Circle Cinema.
The movie was shot entirely in Oklahoma, thanks in part to a state incentive for filmmakers. It won't be in theaters until Christmas Day, but it's already getting Oscar buzz.
The script was written by Tulsa native Tracy Letts and based on his Pulitzer Prize-winning play.
News On 6 Anchor Terry Hood traveled to Chicago for an exclusive interview with Letts. You can see that next Thursday on News On 6.
