Authorities in Wagoner County have charged three people connected the robbery of a Broken Arrow EZ Mart a couple weeks ago: one suspect was a clerk at the store, one suspect is in jail on a first degree murder complaint, and one is still at large.
The Wagoner County Sheriff's Office determined the clerk, Pateisha Royal, 28, of Tulsa was involved in the robbery of the EZ mart at 3108 South 209th East Avenue. She was arrested for embezzlement Wednesday at the same store she's accused of stealing from.
Since the October 26 robbery, investigators also concluded Joshua Rogers, 21, of Tulsa was involved. On October 28, Rogers was arrested for the murder of Monte Foreman at the Studio 6 Motel in Tulsa. Foreman was killed just after midnight on October 27, just hours after the robbery.
Rogers is being held without bond in the Tulsa County jail on complaints of first degree murder and possession of stolen property. He'll now face an additional complaint of grand larceny.
A third suspect charged, 36-year-old John Wayne Dunn (aka Duke), of Oklahoma City, is also charged with grand larceny. The Wagoner County Sheriff's Office said he was known to be in the OKC area.
