Green Country is in for a rainy, windy Tuesday and a chilly Wednesday.
According to News On 6 meteorologists, the rain will get started early Tuesday morning, and those conditions should continue through most of the day.
Along with the rain, expect some strong southeast winds Tuesday. Temperatures will be in the 50s in the morning, with a high in the lower 60s.
Into Wednesday morning, a front coming through will shut down the rain and bring in the cold air, leaving the high for Wednesday in the lower 50s.
But it's not time for a freeze just yet. Temperatures will be back up in the lower 60s on Thursday and through the weekend.
