All Lanes Reopen On West 71st Street Near Tulsa Hills Shopping Center

All four lanes of West 71st Street between Highway 75 and the Arkansas River were due to open by 3 p.m. Friday, according to the City of Tulsa.

The street has been down to two lanes since January so crews could rebuild it.

Through the holiday season, crews will work on the sidewalks so the curb lanes could be closed at some points.

But the project isn't completely finished, more work is scheduled to start in the new year and that should go until about April 2014.
