2 Tulsa Teens Charged As Youthful Offenders With Shooting Driver

Prosecutors Wednesday charged two teenagers accused of shooting a rifle at a random Tulsa driver.

Prosecutors Wednesday charged two teenagers accused of shooting a rifle from a rooftop at a random Tulsa driver.

Shavon Rumsey and Matthew Barnhill are charged as youthful offenders with two counts of assault with a deadly weapon and malicious injury to property.

Police say one of their bullets struck Scott Burton, who was driving his truck on Pine near Utica last Thursday.

He was treated for a gunshot wound to the forearm.

An unnamed 15-year-old was also arrested in connection to the shooting.
