Police Search For Driver After East Tulsa Pickup Crash

Tulsa Police are looking for the driver of a pickup truck which crashed in the front yard of a home at 31st and 140th East Avenue early Wednesday.

Officers say witnesses saw the Dodge pickup speeding north on 140th East Avenue when it hit a curb and light pole, causing the truck to roll onto its side just before 1:20 a.m.

Witnesses told police after the crash four people inside the wrecked pickup climbed out, got into a dark-colored Honda Civic and drove away.

Tulsa Police said several empty beer cans were found inside the pickup.
