An 18-year-old woman died following a street racing accident in South Tulsa.
Police say she was an innocent victim, who was killed when two cars were racing and crashed into the teen's van.
The crash Friday night at 81st and Delaware.
Cing Uap, 18, was riding in a van with her family when another car traveling nearly 100 miles per hour slammed into her van, police say.
Friends say Uap was very active in her church. In fact, she was heading home from church at the time of the accident.
Uap was a Jenks High School junior, a daughter, a sister and a youth leader.

"She helped me a lot in the church," said Vung Niang, Pastor at Full Gospel Assembly in Tulsa.
She said she's known Uap for three years.
"We have a lot of children in our church. All the children love her very much," Niang said. "We will miss her. We need her very much."
On Friday night, Uap and her family were turning onto Delaware when a Crown Victoria plowed into the side of her van.
Police say the Crown Vic and another car were racing down 81st Street, reaching speeds as high as 100 miles per hour, when the accident happened.
"Our church members, they called me, 'We have car accident,' and immediately we went to St. Francis hospital. I got inside there and she was unconscious," Niang said.
Uap and two others were taken to the hospital. Niang said Uap had injuries to her brain and a broken back and hip.
"I hold her hand and I said, 'I'm here, don't worry. God is here. I'm here. I'm standing here, don't worry about your life.' I said that I would pray for her," Niang said.
The teenager died from her injuries on Sunday.
Her pastor said she was always on time to everything, she was always lending a helping hand and the church will not be the same without her.
Uap's younger brother and sister were also injured. Her brother is still in the hospital, but is expected to be okay.
Uap's funeral is Wednesday at noon at the Full Gospel Assembly Church.
As for the driver of the Crown Victoria, police say they are waiting on blood test results before making an arrest.
