A convicted sex offender is in jail accused of inappropriately touching a pharmacy tech at a Tulsa hospital's nurse's station in late August.

A Tulsa police report said the tech reported the incident to hospital security, who contacted police at the time.

This week, the pharmacy tech identified Arthur Johnson, 36, out of a police photo lineup.

In the report, Johnson is accused of walking by the tech and grabbing "her right buttocks and squeezed." The victim stated she was shocked and froze.

Court records show Johnson was convicted in 2001 of sexual battery and lewd molestation in Creek County and served a year in prison. He is currently on supervised probation.

The report says the Northern Oklahoma Violent Crimes Task Force located and arrested Johnson in Sapulpa by using Johnson's GPS ankle monitor on Oct. 3.

Johnson was booked into the Tulsa County jail on a sexual battery complaint. He is being held on a $4,000 bond.

Records show he has a court appearance set for Oct. 10.
