Pair Charged In Robbery, Shooting At Midtown Tulsa Gas Station

Prosecutors charged two 22-year-olds Tuesday in connection with a Tulsa gas station shooting.

Prosecutors charged two 22-year-olds Tuesday in connection with a Tulsa gas station shooting.

Taylor Shane Bailey is charged with robbery with a firearm, attempted robbery with a firearm, and assault with a dangerous weapon. Crystal Call is charged with robbery with a firearm, accessory after the fact, and false reporting of a crime.

Police say the two are suspects in a shooting at the Phillips 66 at 31st and Yale on September 25.

They're also accused of pointing a gun at a man, who tried to follow them, and robbing another man before police arrested them.

Records show they're due in court on October 23.
