A woman who escaped from department of corrections custody over the summer was arrested at a Tulsa motel early Friday morning.
Trinity Baker, 22, was located by U.S. Marshals at Motel 6, 12500 E. 51st St, and Tulsa police assisted with the arrest. Baker was reportedly found inside a room and in possession of drug paraphernalia, marijuana, prescription pills and methamphetamine.
Two others found in the motel room were also arrested. Dustin Smith, 43, and Todd Nuytens, 37, were taken into custody for marijuana possession, possession of paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance after the commission of a felony.
Nuytens has been convicted of multiple drug-related felonies. He was last released from prison in August. Smith served time for drug charges in 2002.
Baker escaped from Kate Barnard Community Correctional Center in Oklahoma City. A warrant for her arrest was issued in June, according to court records. She was serving a five-year sentence for larceny of an automobile, false declaration of ownership in a pawn and drug possession.
