Bill Christiansen, a former Tulsa city councilman and mayoral candidate, has announced he will not endorse another candidate for the city's top spot.
Christiansen was ousted in the June 11 primary election when he garnered just 23 percent of the vote and came in third.
Former mayor Kathy Taylor received 42 percent of the vote and current mayor Dewey Bartlett finished with 34 percent. Since neither took 50 percent, the Nov. 12 runoff will decide the winner.

When he was on the city council, Christiansen disagreed with many of Dewey Bartlett's decisions.
At the Tulsa Press Club on Thursday morning, he said he will not throw support behind Bartlett or challenger Kathy Taylor at this time.
