Tulsa Minister Carrying Cross Up Mt. Kilimanjaro Reaches Summit

A Tulsa minister climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro, carrying a 12 foot tall wooden cross, reached the summit Saturday.

We told you about Walker Moore's trip before he left earlier this month.

Moore is the founder of Awe Star ministries and the six-day climb was a way to celebrate his 40 years in the ministry.

The group could only spend about 10 minutes at the top of the mountain before they had to come back down.
