Academy Sports Gives Tulsa Kids Back-To-School Shopping Sprees

We're less than a month away from the start of school and one store is making it easier for some students to head back to class.

Academy Sports and Outdoors gave $100 gift cards to 32 children from the Boys and Girls Club of Metro Tulsa, and Tuesday, the kids got to go shopping for uniforms, backpacks, shoes and other supplies.

Back to school shopping will be a little easier for everyone this weekend.

Oklahoma's Sales Tax Holiday is Friday through Sunday, giving you the chance to buy certain clothes and shoes without paying sales tax.
