Tulsa Police have arrested a man on a first degree murder complaint after he allegedly fatally shot another man late Wednesday.

Officers say a fight broke out between James High, 21, and Gerald Greenfield, 49, in front of a house in the 2800 block of East 21st Place.

A "shots fired call" sent police officers to the home at about 8:45 p.m. where they found Greenfield lying in the driveway dead.

Witnesses told officers, High had left in a blue pickup truck driven by an elderly man.

A short time later, officers were called to a substance abuse treatment center near 24th and Harvard, where they found High and arrested him.

Police also located the pickup truck and talked to the elderly man.

Investigators say High and Greenfield lived at the home on East 21st Place.

Tulsa Police say this is the City's 39th homicide of 2013.

High was booked into the Tulsa County jail.
