The man police say is responsible for a crash that killed his father now faces manslaughter and DUI charges.
Samuel Bahe, Sr., 60, was killed on July 3, when his son, Samuel Bahe, Jr., crashed his SUV on Highway 51 in Broken Arrow.
Police said Bahe veered off the road and overcorrected, losing control of the SUV and crashing into a concrete barrier, before flipping over. His father was thrown from the vehicle and died at the scene.
Monday, Bahe was charged with first degree manslaughter, driving under the influence of alcohol, and driving under suspension.
Court records show he entered a not guilty plea at his arraignment. His preliminary hearing is set for August 12, 2013.
