Tulsa police and arson investigators made an arrest in a car fire that threatened the victim's home.

Police say Ezequiel Astorio Gracia, 26, was captured in the backyard of the residence in the 3300 block of South 120th East Avenue at about 3:30 Sunday morning.

According to an arrest report, Gracia used gasoline to set a Ford Expedition truck on fire. The truck was parked about two feet from the home's front porch, the report states.

Officers say the victim earlier in the night received a cell phone text traced to Gracia that said, "Leave Cuz Ur Burning Tonight."

A search of court records shows that Gracia was convicted of domestic assault and battery with a dangerous weapon in an incident that took place almost exactly a year ago - July 11, 2012.

The Tulsa man pleaded guilty in that incident and was sentenced to three years of probation and a domestic violence program. He was also ordered to get a substance abuse evaluation.
