Customers Of Creek County Rural Water District Asked To Stop Outdoor Watering

A rural water district serving parts of Tulsa and Creek counties has asked customers to stop all outdoor watering Thursday through Sunday.

Creek County Rural Water District #2 says customers in the northern part of its service area may be impacted when crews replace a valve on the district's Beeline water tower off Highway 75 starting Thursday.

Officials suggest customers conserve by using a watering can to water outdoor plants and shrubs.
