Rodney Ray is on paid leave while Owasso's city council discusses what, if any, action it will take with regard to his employment as city manager.
The city council met behind closed doors Tuesday night to talk about an internal investigation into allegations against Ray.
Councilors say the details of the meeting will never be discussed, but this special meeting comes after the city manager was placed on paid administrative leave three weeks ago.
This stemmed from two incidents, where he allegedly asked for a police video of a traffic stop of Vice Mayor Chris Kelley to be erased, and also the way he handled a donation from a reserve police officer.

And just last week, criminal charges were filed against Ray for writing a bad check and then allegedly filing a false police report about it.
Ray was in court in Tulsa County Tuesday for arraignment on that matter.
One Owasso resident we spoke to said she's not happy with the way the city is handling the city manager's investigation.
"I think he should go. I don't think the man is capable. If you can't run your house, you can't run a city," said Phyllis Lavendusky.
The city says no action will be taken Tuesday night against Ray.
