Two Tulsa brothers ended up behind bars after a bar fight early Sunday. Alfred Ball III and brother Emit Ball have since been released on bond.

According to police reports, officers were called out to the 3340 Bar at 3340 South Peoria Avenue after a fight broke out at about 1:30 a.m. While one officer tried to put Alfred, 28, under arrest, 25-year-old Emit reportedly interfered with the process.

The arresting officer said Emit started screaming at police and ignored commands to leave the area. When police started to arrest him, Emit reportedly yelled, "No, you can't charge me," and started to run.

The officer says Emit Ball took several swings at him and another officer as they took him into custody.

During the scuffle with the two officers, which police say was captured on video, Emit was pepper sprayed, the report states.

Emit Ball was booked on two complaints of assault on a police officer, public intoxication, resisting arrest and obstructing a police officer. Alfred Ball was booked on complaints of public intox and resisting officers.
