Motorcyclist Killed In Crash On Highway 59 In LeFlore County

A motorcyclist was killed in a crash on Highway 59 in LeFlore County Wednesday evening.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 56-year-old Rickey Ford, of Heavner, was killed when a pickup truck going in the opposite direction attempted to make a left-hand turn and hit his bike. He was flown to a Muskogee hospital, where he died of massive injuries.

The driver of the pickup, Colton Gregerson, 21, of Geary, was not injured, OHP says.

According to the OHP report, Ford was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
