Tulsa Police Circulate Photos Of Shell Station Robber

A man robbed the Shell gas station at 31st and Sheridan May 8, threatening the clerk's life with a handgun.

Tulsa Police are circulating photos of an armed robber who threatened to shoot a Shell gas station clerk Wednesday, May 8, 2013. Police say the robbery took place at 9:30 p.m. at the station at 3106 South Sheridan Road.

The suspect entered the store with a handgun and demanded cash. The clerk, whose life was threatened, handed over an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect also got away with cigarettes.

Police are looking for a white male in his mid to late 20s, 5'6" to 5'9" in height and 160 to 175 pounds. He was wearing a black mask and orange gloves, and carrying a distinctive green and yellow backpack.
