Tulsa Man Arrested, Charged With Sexually Abusing 13-Year-Old Boy

A man is in jail, accused of sexually abusing a 13-year-old boy in his care.

Todd Anthony Eller, 46, was charged on May 2, 2013, with attempted first degree rape and sexual abuse of a child. He was arrested late Monday night and booked into Tulsa County jail.

According to court documents, the abuse happened between February and December of last year.

Eller is being held on a $200,000 bond.
