Fire Engulfs Tulsa Home

A vacant Tulsa home caught fire early Thursday, heavily damaging the structure.

Firefighters got the call to 35th Street and Lakewood Avenue about 1:30 a.m.

When they arrived, flames were seen coming from the roof and windows.

Firemen said they didn't find anyone inside the home, so they fought the fire from the outside and were able to keep it from spreading to other homes.

No one was injured.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
