One of downtown Tulsa's biggest eyesores changed hands Tuesday.
The once iconic Tulsa Club building sold at a sheriff's auction for $460,000.
It's fallen into disrepair, been vandalized and been set on fire several times, while the out-of-state owner managed to delay foreclosure.
A local man named Joshua Barrett is the new owner.
It was the third attempt by the city to force the sale of the building, over unpaid taxes and unresolved nuisance complaints.
