Tulsa's Couisnard Named To C-USA Women's Basketball All-Academic Team

Tulsa senior Tiffani Couisnard was named to the Conference USA Women's Basketball All-Academic Team. This is Couisnard's third selection to the team, as she picked up the honor in 2010 and 2012.

Couisnard maintains a 3.723 GPA in psychology and sociology and will graduate in May. She is a two-time C-USA Academic Medal Winner and was named to the C-USA Commissioner's Honor Roll once.

Couisnard leads the team in rebounds per game (9.1) and blocks (29), is second in steals (55), and third in scoring (8.3) and assists (44). She ranks fourth in the conference in rebounding, 10th in blocked shots and 15th in steals, and is 79th in the nation in rebounds per game. She is among Tulsa greats as she appears third in rebounds (701), sixth in double-doubles (9) and seventh in blocks (70) on the program's all-time charts.
