The Rogers High School student, who just turned 18 on December 12, was active in basketball, softball and track. She was a straight-A student with dreams of going to college, family members said.

Police are investigating the death as a homicide and talked to a person of interest who voluntarily came to the scene.

He is not considered a suspect at this time.

Gabrielle Bledsoe's Facebook page identifies her as Class of 2014. The teenager Tweeted Friday night that she had the house to herself. On her Twitter profile she calls herself "the most outgoing person you could ever meet," and a child of God.
