An Osage County judge has delayed a hearing for a Bartlesville man and woman until March 22, 2013 because an autopsy report on a 62-year-old Bartlesville man has not yet been released.

At a hearing Friday in Pawhuska for Rusty Petty, 41, and Trysta Shaffer, 28, prosecutors asked for the delay.

Both are charged with robbing Timothy Hauser following his disappearance in August 2012.

Prosecutors have indicated they are waiting on the autopsy report from the state Medical Examiner's Office before adding a murder charge.

Hauser disappeared August 9, 2012 from an Osage County casino and authorities believe he had been beaten and robbed. His body was found December, 19, 2012 in a field west of Bartlesville.

Hauser's remains were sent to the ME's office in Tulsa.

A third person arrested in the case, Kathleen Roland, 36, also of Bartlesville, had her hearing delayed until June 19, 2013.
