Driver Cited After Tulsa Crash Snaps Utility Pole

Police say an SUV hit a slick spot on a Tulsa street early Wednesday causing it to slam into a parked truck and a utility pole.

The crash happened around midnight near 15th and Delaware. The crash snapped the utility pole.

Officers say the driver was not seriously hurt.

Tulsa Police cited the driver for driving too fast for conditions.

PSO crews were called out to repair the damaged utility pole.
