Warren Niles' 22 points wasn't enough for the Golden Eagles Tuesday night in an 89-64 loss to the high-powered Arizona Wildcats.
Niles scored more than 20 points for the seventh time in 10 games this season, but also turned the ball over eight times. Shawn Glover added 18 points on 8-12 shooting for Oral Roberts (5-5).
The No. 4 Wildcats (9-0) used a balanced attack with five different players scoring in double-digits. Mark Lyons led the way with 17 while Solomon Hill and Nick Johnson each added 12.
Arizona shot 58 percent from the floor while ORU struggled to a 38 percent clip. Another big difference in this matchup was bench production, with the Golden Eagles' second unit being outscored 26-7.
Next up for ORU is a date with cross-town rival Tulsa on Saturday, Dec. 22.
