Man Convicted For Plotting To Blow Up Gas Pipeline Sentenced To Prison

A judge sentenced 41-year-old Daniel Herriman to more than five years behind bars.

An attempt to blow up a natural gas pipeline near Okemah landed a Konawa man in prison.

An employee at Energin Resources found the bomb in August of last year and the bomb squad was able to diffuse it before it exploded.

A judge sentenced 41-year-old Daniel Herriman to more than five years behind bars.

His attorneys tried to argue he was legally insane.
