ORU Women Earn NSCAA Academic Award

The Oral Roberts Golden Eagle women's soccer team has earned the National Soccer Coaches Association of American Team Academic Award, earning a 3.27 average GPA as a team.

It is the second time in program history they have received the award, doing so for the first time in 2003.

Of the eligible student-athletes for the Golden Eagles, a total of 13 had a 3.0 or higher prior to the fall semester, including All-Southland selections Jennifer Abernathy, Lauren Parks, Allison Hall, Whitney Booth and Helen Erb.
