Driver Arrested After Crashing SUV Into Tulsa Utility Pole

Tulsa Police arrest a man after he crashes his SUV into a utility pole late Tuesday night.

The crash happened just before 11 p.m. near 15th Street and Gary Avenue.

Police say the driver jumped the curb and hit the pole, knocking out power along 15th street and in the surrounding neighborhoods.

Tulsa Police arrested 34-year-old David Jones of Tulsa on a DUI complaint and took him to the Tulsa County jail.

PSO crews were called out to restore power to the area.
