Tulsa Woman Charged With Child Neglect, Running Unlicensed Daycare

A Tulsa woman was charged Tuesday with child neglect and running an unlicensed daycare.

Chelsea Day was arrested last week.

She was operating "Mother's Love" babysitting out of her home.

Tulsa police started investigating the business after a couple said their 18-month-old, Olyvia, was injured there.

Olyvia's parents say their little girl had bruises on her face, a cut on her lip, marks under her eyes, and knots on her head.

Day told them the girl had an allergic reaction to something.
